wayfinding system for a large settlement

_. Märkisches Viertel, in the North of Berlin, houses 40,000 people in 17,000 apartment units. Moniteurs developed a visual solution for the wayfinding system that activates the visitor's own navigational instincts. The orientation concept revolves around two information levels: the first for pedestrians requiring detailed information, and a second level for drivers requiring quick navigational information. The signage elements are designed to compliment the architecture.
